- Spike RogersPartner
Spike began working with Costco in 1997 on the manufacturing side developing a Kirkland Signature item on behalf of ConAgra. That exposure to Costco inspired Spike to engage with Costco on a full-time basis. In 2000 he joined Daymon Worldwide, later Anderson Daymon Worldwide. Spike opened the Texas Region with Costco, placing 75+ vendors in that region. In 2006 Spike returned to the manufacturing side, first with Monterey Gourmet Foods, and then with Tyson Foods. Most recently, Spike was VP of Sales with Kiolbassa Provision Company, growing their Costco sales 4X in under 5 years. In 2018, Spike founded ATX with Brandon. He is based in Dallas, TX.
- Brandon KrabbePartner
Brandon began working with Costco in 2007 as a Business Manager in the Los Angeles region for Costco’s in-house brokerage company, Anderson Daymon. During his tenure with ADW, Brandon worked in four Costco regions (Los Angeles, Northwest, Business Center and Corporate) and was responsible for regional branded, corporate private label, and national buy business. He spent his last 2 years with ADW leading the Northwest and Business Center regions, growing sales for his principles at a faster rate than Costco. In 2016, Brandon left ADW to manage U.S. Nutrition's Sports & Active business ($200M+), before founding ATX with Spike in 2018. Brandon is located in Issaquah, WA.
- Drew SchickPartner
Drew began his career at Costco in 1988, working in a variety of operational and merchandising roles. In 1996, he transitioned to Costco’s in-house brokerage company, Anderson Chamberlin (later ADW). During his 20-year tenure there, he opened four regions with Costco. He spent his last 8 years as VP of Sales - Los Angeles Region, growing sales by nearly 2.5X. In 2016, Drew left ADW and consulted to La Terra Fina and SkinnyPop on their Costco business, before joining ATX as a partner in early 2019. Drew resides in Irvine, CA.
- Ashley SchmidtVice PresidentAshley is an 18+ year Executive leader with extensive experience in building both new and established brands in mature and start-up businesses. After several years developing Georgia- Pacific’s category management department for Target, Ashley moved to WA to lead Georgia-Pacific’s Costco businesses, both branded and PL. She supported a $2B business, growing +8% annually. In 2019, she transitioned into the Food and Beverage industry, where she joined RXBAR and led the Club Business, driving growth by 43% over 2.5 yrs. In her most recent role, as SVP of Sales at Jordan’s Skinny Mixes, she led the sales efforts in traditional retail, growing sales from zero to +$16M in top line sales over 2 years. She is a Minnesota native and resides outside of Minneapolis.
- Raylynn SchwartzCustomer Success Manager
Raylynn is a seasoned Customer Service Broker with a passion for enabling Client Success, and has over 26 years of experience working with Costco. She began her career working with Costco at Warehouse Demo Services in 1994 and held several positions of increasing responsibility before being promoted to Northwest Regional Scheduler. In 1999, she transitioned to the broker side of Costco’s business with Daymon Worldwide (later ADW) in a Sales Support Role. Prior to joining ATX in early 2019, she was managing a team of 5, while simultaneously managing 40 accounts for the Northwest and Business Center Regions. Raylynn resides in Issaquah, WA.
